Joe A. Nuñez is a cross-functional practitioner with over 18 years of experience operating at the intersection of law, real estate and healthcare. He holds a J.D. from Southwestern Law, and a Masters of Health Administration from the University of Southern California. He also holds a CA Real Estate Broker’s License and NMLS Originator License.

Business Leadership. As a founder of various companies, Joe A. Nuñez understands the work and dedication required to maintain a business afloat. He has been an active member of various trade organizations, chambers of commerce and business leadership committees. As a consultant, Joe understands all areas of the business cycle and has guided numerous businesses in all stages of business from initial organizational formation to company wind down and dissolution.

Legal Leadership. Joe A. Nuñez is a graduate of the Southwestern Law School (SCALE program), and member of the California Bar. At Southwestern, he was a member of the Negotiations Honors Program and earned both Regional and National Champion status at the ABA Representation in Mediation Competitions. Integrity, honesty, dignity and zealous advocacy are hallmarks of his practice.

Real Estate Leadership. Joe A. Nuñez built Cal-Prime Real Property Solutions into a highly successful real estate brokerage and mortgage brokerage boasting 15 years of success servicing clients throughout California. He has operated in every phase of the real estate lifecycle and advised clients regarding the full-spectrum of property classes, including healthcare, hospitality, retail, commercial and residential real estate. From large box lease negotiations and drafting to compliance with TRID settlement procedures, he consistently adds value to clients’ operations.

Healthcare Leadership. Joe brings deep regulatory insight, given his experience as hospital administrator and Deputy Director of a county Managed Care Division. Overseeing a budget of over $200M, while managing the county’s compliance framework, he possesses clinical perspective of the healthcare arena’s ever-evolving regulatory ecosystem. His work alongside enterprise-level stakeholders, such as institutional medical providers, physician practices, and suppliers, alike, make him the optimal resource for compliance risk analysis, management, and mitigation.
